Refund Policy
Fees and Payments
Customer shall pay all applicable fees/advances as per the Payment Terms and Conditions set out along with respective services. Kindly note, all payments are accepted in advance through the WIX payment gateway.
Price Change
ZipResume reserves the right to change plan prices without any intimation or notice. However, these prices will be updated on the plans page of the website. Users are advised to check the pricing before completing payments.
Cancellation and Termination
ZipResume reserves the right for cancellation or refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
Order Cancellation and Refund
Customer should note that once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be issued. However, in the unlikely event of an error on our part the users should point this to us by writing to us at service@zipresume.ca and we will try our best to get it resolved or if need be refund the amount to the user.
Dispute Resolution
